Sunshine has in-house forging, special heat treatment and in-house machine shop in which it manufactures high quality resistance welding gun consumables like, shanks, holders, adapters and seam welding wheels.
Being an integrated manufacturing company with state-of-the-art machine shop, seam welding wheels, shanks, holders, adapters and short circuit rings are precision machined asper customers requirements.
Our seam welding wheels and short circuit rings come with high conductivity and hardness which guarantees excellent performance.
We can offer these machine spare parts in the unique Beryllium- Free copper alloy of CuCrNiSi has the same mechanical properties and performance.
We are a completely integrated plant and with own raw material manufacturing and complete house infrastructure for machining these parts. We usually have raw material in stock and with experienced technical team, we can offer very quick turnaround times, often in matter of 2-3 d case of emergencies.
We are equipped with precision tooling to manufacture special profiles for rotor bars whichare widely used in high speed and traction motors.
